I love that are a blogger now, and I love the pictures you posted. I understand your love for your house better and am VERY impressed by your hard work.
Jenny you did so much to your house and it turned out so great and I am especially impressed by what little money you use to make it look the way it did.
I'm so sad I only got to visit you in Boone once!!! I think about my trip there all the time and I miss it a lot!!! It was the cutest town, exactly the kind of place David and I want to settle in...except for the cold and the mosquitoes :) Looking at all of your amazing work makes me think about all the projects I need you help with at my house. You must come help me before the babies come! I love you and I am so proud of you!!!
You are so funny. When I read the title of your blog, master of none, it just made me smile. You don't have to be perfect at something to have mastered it you know. I have a PhD in neuroscience and know almost nothing about it, just a tiny bit about memory and only as it applies to impulsive aggression and product identification in relation to actors and observers. I think you and Missy are the two people have developed talents more than any other two people I know. I am continually amazed by you. I am excited to come visit you in Flagstaff to come see your new house!
So, I want to use this blog to share with my family and friends the projects that I work on. I try to work on projects all the time to keep sane. The process of project-working has helped me learn many new skills. People have called me a renaissance woman, but I don't really think that accurately describes me. A renaissance woman would have mastered several skills. I must say that I do not really ever master any of them, because I like to learn new things before I get a chance to master the old things. So, I would consider myself more a jack of all trades, master of none; hence, the title of the blog. Or, more accurately, jack of many trades master of none. Enjoy.
